Frequently asked questions
The honest answers to what homeowners ask us most. Have another question? Call the builder.
Where does Sunrise Builders 4 LLC work?
We serve homeowners within 40 miles of Rutledge, TN, across Grainger County and the surrounding East Tennessee communities. Check your town or ZIP on our service areas page.
What do you build?
Residential timber frames only: timber frame kits, timber frame porches, door and window awnings, gable webs and gable accents, barndominiums and custom new homes.
Are the kits really precut and prestained?
Yes. Timber frame kits and components are cut, drilled and stained in our Rutledge shop, so they arrive ready to raise on your prepared site.
Do you do commercial work?
No. We are residential only and owner operated, so the person who answers the phone is the person who builds your frame.
How do I get pricing?
Every project is different, so we do not list prices online. Call (740) 440-5147 and we will talk through your lot, your scope and what to expect.
What are your hours?
By appointment only. We work by appointment, so a quick call is the fastest way to reach the builder.
